Just started working on dinner. Thought I’d post this very simple meatloaf recipe.
We have a large family and meat prices are ever increasing. Not to mention, you really aren’t supposed to ‘main course’ meat anymore. So to stretch the ground chuck, we use stuffing.
• ground chuck
• box of stuffing, already seasoned
• 1 egg
It’s that simple;)
It’s amazing what you can do with a few boxes of stuffing. We buy it in bulk at BJ’s Wholesale. Beauty part is, all the men think they’re getting a big hunk of meat!
Or u can make your own with that bag of bread that’s getting a little dry. Waste Not!;)
