Crock-Pot Chili with Flax….and so much more…
I’m big on sneaking flax seed and turmeric into…well…..everything!
- Ground Beef (As Much Or As Little As You Like…I used 3 lbs Lean Ground Beef)
- 2 Canned Tomato Sauce
- 2 Canned Diced Tomatoes
- Sweet Peppers
- Ground Flax Seed (I personally, put a couple of TBS in there).
- Chili Powder (As Much Or As Little As You Like…I used 3 TBS)
- Kidney Beans
- Navy Beans
- Mushroom (Optional)
- Green Bells
Chop everything but the ground beef, start the Crock-Pot and throw in the seasonings, canned goods and veggies. While the Crock-Part warms, brown the ground beef in a large skillet.
After the ground beef is browned, add it to the crock-pot….stir and ~Let it go…let it go…..~
Top with cheese and serve with crackers.
